Ibanez bass under 200.00

Question:

I found a bass made by Ibanez under 200.00. Is this a wise choice? The color was a nice sparcle blue and played damn good for the price I thought. Should I bother? I am only using it for 4 track recording. 179.00 is the price not sure of the model. New not used.  It looks like bass guitars are a little cheaper than guitars (6 Todd

I play a GSR-190, one of their most cheapest models, and it still packs quite a punch. Great sound, its light weight, and it is pretty easy to fret with. It’s also quite durable. (I found that out when my brother dropped it…)
